How do I restore my purchase?
Open Bloom โ†’ Settings โ†’ Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.


How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Bloom โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.


Why isn't iCloud sync working?
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Bloom: iPhone Settings โ†’ [Your Name] โ†’ iCloud โ†’ toggle Bloom on. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple ID.


How do I set up my daily reminder?
Open Bloom โ†’ Settings โ†’ Notifications โ†’ enable Daily Reminders and drag the slider to choose your preferred time.


Is my data private?
Yes. Your mood and activity data is stored on-device and optionally synced via your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
