How do I restore my purchase?
Open Bloom โ Settings โ Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Bloom โ Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Why isn't iCloud sync working?
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Bloom: iPhone Settings โ [Your Name] โ iCloud โ toggle Bloom on. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple ID.
How do I set up my daily reminder?
Open Bloom โ Settings โ Notifications โ enable Daily Reminders and drag the slider to choose your preferred time.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your mood and activity data is stored on-device and optionally synced via your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
