1. No Cloud Data Collection

BizMentorAI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial information to external servers. All document data, text extraction, and analytics are processed locally on your device using Apple’s Core Data framework.

2. On-Device AI Processing

All financial analysis, insights, and business health calculations are performed directly on your device. Your business documents never leave your device unless you choose to export reports manually.

3. Document Security

All scanned documents, invoices, and reports are securely saved on your device. You can delete them anytime from within the app. BizMentorAI does not have access to your documents or extracted data.

4. Subscription and Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple’s App Store using Apple ID. BizMentorAI never stores or accesses your payment information.

5. No Third-Party Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. BizMentorAI operates with a privacy-first approach and respects your confidentiality.

6. User Control

You have full control over your data. You can delete stored documents or uninstall the app at any time to remove all associated information from your device.
